MillerCoors LLC (“MillerCoors”) recognizes and respects the importance of your privacy. This document explains the online privacy practices and policy of MillerCoors for the Miller Brewery Tour Photos web site at www.themillerbrewerytourphotos.com (this “Photo Site”) and in connection with the digital photography services provided to you by Kodak Alaris Inc. (“KODAK ALARIS”), through this Photo Site (the “Photo Product”). This Photo Site is separate and distinct from the www.themillerbrewerytour.com web site, which provides different services and products and therefore has a different Privacy Policy and different Terms of Use. Furthermore, KODAK ALARIS may receive and store your personal information in connection with the Photo Product or this Photo Site.
KODAK ALARIS and MillerCoors each take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to your personal information, including against sharing your photos without your consent. This Photo Site does not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information or data from children under the age of 13. You must be at least 21 years of age in order to register as a member of this Photo Site and to purchase the services and products offered in connection with this Photo Site and/or the Photo Product.
When you sign up to obtain your photographs as a result of a visit to the Miller Brewery Tour, you may establish a password-protected personal on-line account for storing, organizing and sharing digital images, as well as for using our other services. In order to establish your personal account, you may be requested to submit additional personal information, including your name, user ID, e-mail address, password, and other information contained in a Photo Claim ID provided to you during your visit to the Miller Brewery Tour.
In connection with services offered on this Photo Site, we may use personal information you submit to process your order and to reply to your e-mail. When you order prints, products or other paid products or services, you may be requested to submit additional personal information, such as a shipping address, billing name and address, as well as the credit-card number and expiration date. Please see the Terms for other terms and conditions relating to such purchases, including, without limitation, credit-card authorization, refund policy, pricing, and sales tax.
In case you want to share your photographs with others (“Invitees”), we will request you to submit personal information, such as e-mail addresses, of your Invitees. When you share photographs with an Invitee, you certify to us that the Invitee is at least 21 years of age.
Any contact with our Customer Service team or other communication from you, such as telephone calls or e-mail correspondence, may be recorded to help us provide better service.
If you contact us by e-mail, then we naturally will have your e-mail address and name and any other information in your message. We will use this personal information only to reply to your message. We will not share your e-mail address with third parties, except as provided herein.
Non-Personal Data
In addition to personal information, we may also collect non-personally identifying information (“non-personal information”) about visitors to this Photo Site. This non-personal information may include an identification of a website that the visitor arrived from and departs to, as well as the IP address of the particular computer being used to access this Photo Site. We will give you the opportunity to opt into our promotional e-mailing list, in which event we may send you separate promotional e-mail messages. This Photo Site is designed so that you can control who may view the photographs stored in your account. We are committed to keeping your photographs private and secure. Please note that if you share your photographs with your friends or family members and they post your share invitation on a website or forward to other individuals, these photographs may be accessible to others who view the e-mail invitation or visit these websites.
In order to provide quality products, our employees and third-party service providers, fulfilling your order or providing Customer Support to you, may see your photographs.
The photographs must be claimed within 30 days from when they were taken. Photographs not claimed within such 30 days will no longer be available. Once photographs are claimed and associated with a user account, they will be available for viewing, sharing and purchasing for 30 days, after which the photographs will be permanently deleted.
Who Sees Your Information?
MillerCoors employees or employees of third party marketing partner companies or service providers that provide services to MillerCoors in connection with the Photo Product, this Photo Site or other marketing activities as directed by MillerCoors may see your personal and non-personal information. In addition, your personal and non-personal information may be seen by employees of MillerCoors and such third parties, including, without limitation, KODAK ALARIS, in order to evaluate, validate, or correct problems with your account.
Security
We use reasonable measures to safeguard personal information, including via passwords, electronic firewalls, and encryption. Neither MillerCoors nor KODAK ALARIS stores credit card data on the web server.
MillerCoors endeavors to provide a secure website, but cannot guarantee the confidentiality of electronic communication. Transmissions to and from this Photo Site are not encrypted, nor are e-mail messages.
