Creating a New Account Back to top
Creating a new account requires a Photo Claim Card with a unique Guest ID
code on it. You would have received this card when visiting the venue and
either making a purchase or redeeming a coupon and/or voucher.
1) Visit the website printed on your Photo Claim Card.
2) At the top of the screen, look for and click on the “Claim” Tab. A
screen will appear with one or more white boxes for entering the Guest ID.
3) Type in the Guest ID in the white boxes.
4) Click the “GO” button. On the next screen click the Create Account
button. (Do NOT enter an email address or password – you will do that on
the next page).
5) On the Registration page, enter the appropriate information. All
required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Be sure to type in your
email address correctly and select a safe password.
6) When all data has been entered, click the Create Account button. You

Login Error – Website reports “Sorry! Incorrect login. Please try again” Back to top
There is more than one reason for this error to occur.
First, confirm that you created an account. If you were able to claim your
images and view them on the website, then you created an account. If you
have never claimed or viewed your images, then follow the directions on
your Photo Claim Card or refer to the Help entry,
Creating a New Account
.
Next, confirm that the email address and password are correct. Test any
other email addresses that you own to check whether you created your
account with another email address.
Next, click the “Forgot Password” link on the Sign-In page. Enter the email
address you used to create your account. You will receive an automated
email with a temporary password which you can use to login. Be sure to
check your Spam or Junk folders if you do not see the automated email in
your inbox. Once you have logged in, you can change your password by
accessing the “My Account” section of the website.
If the Forgot Password page reports, “No account matching this email
address was found.”, then either an account was not created successfully or
you may have mistyped your email address when creating an account. If this
happens, follow the next step.
Finally, click the

Comments section, include the first name, last name and any possible email
addresses you may have used to create your account.

Password Reset email not received Back to top
The most common reason for a Password Reset email not being received is
that the emails are appearing in your Spam or Junk folders. Please check
those folders for the Password Reset email with the temporary password.
Another reason is that your Internet Service Provider and/or email provider
are blocking the automated emails. If this is the case, or if you do not
receive any Password Reset emails, then click the
Contact Us
link and submit a request for assistance. Include the first and last names
you entered when creating your account and include any possible email

ACCOUNT – STORAGE POLICY and EXPIRATION DATES
General Claiming and Storage Policies Back to top
Photos linked to a Photo Claim Card Guest ID will be available online
within 24 hours.
Customers must claim photos within the timeframe stated on their Photo
Claim Card. Photos not claimed within the stated timeframe may no longer be
available.
Once photos are claimed and associated with an account, they will be
available for viewing and sharing. Photos are available in your account for
a limited period of time. For safe, long-term storage, be sure to download
your images to a computer or smart phone before the expiration period is
up.
You will receive one or more automated emails which will notify you of the
expiration date of your images. Please ensure that your email address is
valid and that if you use a Spam filter, that you check your Spam folder
for these messages.
If images contain offensive or illegal content, or if images contain
behaviors prohibited from the venue in which they were taken, we reserve
the right to not upload the images and/or to delete them from online
accounts.
ACCOUNT – STORAGE POLICY and EXPIRATION DATES
My images have expired. Can they be recovered? Back to top
Expired images may or may not be recovered – we will do our best to recover
expired images.
If you wish us to attempt to recover expired images, then use the

captured, the email address you used to create the account, and, most
importantly, the Photo Claim Card Guest ID you used when originally
creating your account and claiming your images.
EDITING IMAGES
Editing Images - Overview Back to top
The site offers the capability to edit photos prior to printing or
downloading. Borders which surround some or all sides of the image, may be
added, changed or removed. Once applied, images can be repositioned within
a border by clicking-and-dragging the image. “Stickers”, which may include
site logos, dates/years and other graphics, can be added, resized and
repositioned in front of images. Images can be zoomed in, zoomed out and
cropped.
Once edits are made, clicking the “Save” button saves any changes made.
Edits may be cancelled by clicking the “Undo” or “No” buttons.
If an image is available for digital downloading (either pre-purchased
onsite or purchased on the website), the image can be edited and
downloaded, and then re-edited and re-downloaded as many times as you wish.
EDITING IMAGES
Borders and Stickers - Applying, Changing and Removing
Back to top
Use the Borders and Stickers tabs beside the image to apply borders and
stickers.
To apply borders and/or stickers, go to the Photo Options page where one of
your images appears on the screen in large view.
To select a border, click on the Borders Tab. You may use the list of
borders that appear in the list. Depending on the site you visited and the
shooting location, additional sets of borders may be accessed by clicking
the drop down arrow below the Border tab (beside the “Show” text). Choosing
a category of borders from the drop down list will display the additional
borders (if available).
To change a border, click on a border. The previously applied border will
disappear and be replaced by the new border.
To remove a border, click the drop down arrow next to the “Show” text and
select “Blank Option”. Then click either of the horizontal or vertical
“blank” borders depending on the orientation of the photo.
To select a sticker, click on the Stickers tab and view the list of
stickers that are available. Click on a sticker and it will appear on top
of the image. The sticker can be moved, resized, and rotated by using the
features that appear around the sticker. Stickers may be applied to photos
more than once.
To remove a sticker, click on the sticker and then click the “Remove
Sticker” link below the image.
EDITING IMAGES
Zooming and Repositioning Images Back to top
The Zoom feature allows you to crop out unwanted parts of your photo by
zooming in or out on an image. To zoom in or out, either click the + or –
icons above and below the Zoom slider. You may also click directly on the
slider and move it up or down. Clicking directly on the slider allows for
finer adjustments of the zoom factor.
Clicking-and-holding on the image allows for repositioning the image. The
amount of repositioning available depends on the aspect ratio of the
original image and the amount of zooming in/zooming out that is applied to
the image.
Pay close attention to zooming level and positioning when ordering photo
prints and photo products. The resulting prints and products will appear
exactly as it appears on the website. As an example, when editing the photo
print or photo product, white borders that appear around the image will be
printed as a white area around the photo.
EDITING IMAGES
The border is blocking one or more people in the image Back to top
For some images, the border may block or cover one or more people in the
image. This can be adjusted by zooming in, zooming out and/or repositioning
the image within the border.
In certain photo captures, however, the aspect ratio and/or the outside
borders of the original image does not allow for full freedom to unblock or
uncover people in a photo. If this is this the case, then remove the
border. To do this, click on the Border tab and then choose “Blank Option”
with the drop down arrow next to the “Show” text. Select either the
vertical or horizontal “blank border” and then zoom or reposition however
you desire.
EDITING IMAGES
How do I delete images in my account that I don't want? Back to top
To delete an image in your account, from the Photo Options page where the
photo appears in large view, click the “Trash Can” icon below the image.
You will be prompted to confirm whether you want to delete the image.
EDITING IMAGES
Can I edit and download an image and then re-edit and re-download? Back to top
If you have (A) purchased an image, (B) it is unlocked for downloading, and
(C) is active in your account, then you may download it as many times as
you wish.
Additionally, you may re-edit and re-download the image more than once. For
example, you can download the original, unedited image and then apply a
border and/or stickers and download them again. Each download will have the
edits applied by the website appearing in the JPG image that you receive.
If you submitted a download order of all images in your account, you can
download your photos from the “My Download Photos” page for up to 45 days
after the download order was submitted.
If your images have aged off of your account from the “My Photos” page but
still appear as a download order on your “My Download Photos” page, you may
still download them. However, you will not be able to edit them.

Kodak Print Process and Paper Quality Back to top
Our service delivers high-quality photographic Kodak prints. The resolution
on any prints you order will be of the highest quality. Note that the
images you see online may vary in resolution and brightness due to
variations in computer monitors and settings on your computer. We print
your photos on high-quality Kodak paper, a resin-coated, silver-halide
color paper optimized for digital printers. A light source inside our
digital printers exposes the photographic paper pixel by pixel. This
process mimics traditional photography, in which light from the subject
exposes photographic film inside of a camera.
All photo prints are available with either glossy or matte finish with the
exception of the 16x20” poster print. The 16x20” print is available only
with a matte finish.

Can I edit and download the image and then re-edit and re-download? Back to top
If you have (A) purchased an image, (B) unlocked for downloading, and (C)
is active in your account, then you may download it as many times as you
wish as long as the photo is still active.
